Burton East Townhouses are conveniently located on Burton Avenue, between East Paris and Beltline. We are a small private community that is very quiet and peaceful. We are located in the Forest Hills School District. Our townhouses have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms (1600 square feet). We offer two floor plans and short-term leases.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a large full bathroom and one bedroom on the lower level with another full bathroom. All living rooms have patio doors to the deck areas that are great for relaxing.
Our homes include: oak kitchens, appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash removal (no additional fee), central air conditioning, blinds, washer and dryer hook-ups, garage with remote.
